Once you are decidedly interested in my unique and handmade invitations, save-the-dates, wedding websites, shower invites or thank you cards, please email your inquiry and include the following:

Your style.
Take some time to glance through the galleries to get a feel for what you are looking for. Remember that every invitation can be modified in terms of paper colors, textures, ribbon quality/size, invitation size/shape.

Your timeline.
When will you need them? Your invitations are hand assembled and take more time than mass produced invitations. The ideal timing is approximately 3 months prior to when you will need your wedding invitations delivered. For other small events or quantities under 100, 2 months is the minimum.

Your Budget.
All attempts are made to make clients happy. To work within a budget, I will need to know what the range is.

Your Event.
Anything special about your event that sets it apart from the rest? Any themes, ideas, or special requests that you might have, please let me know.


1. Book your consultation date!
If you've made the decision for a custom invitation, the first thing we need to do is set up a date to either meet in person (if you're local) or call and gather the details of what you're looking for.

2. Initial Mock-ups & Quotes.
A custom design can take up to two weeks to mockup, and that's to make sure I give every one of my projects the creative attention they deserve. I'll send you your initial online mockup along with a quote for your order.
PLEASE NOTE: should you decide you don't want to continue the process with Adorations, a non-refundable mockup fee of $100 is required.

3. Paperwork.
You'll then sign the paperwork which says you're ready to continue and pay the 50% deposit requirement.

5. Final proofs, edits & signature.
I will send you a PDF proof of your designs so that you can check everything out to make sure your dates, times, locations and spelling are correct. If your PDF is PERFECT and ready for print, then all you need to do is print your proof, sign it and send it back.
Note: it is your responsibility to carefully review and ensure that there are no errors on this final proof as this is the exact version that will be sent to the printers.

6. Print, produce, ship & final payment.
Upon receipt of your final signature approval, I will send your files to the printers. It takes up to 2-3 weeks to print, produce and package your order. For those outside of the Orange County area and can't come in to pick up their order, don't forget to add on shipping time as well. Shipping costs and time will vary on size, weight and shipping options of your package. Once the order is packaged up and either ready to hand off in person or ship, the remaining balance on your order is due.
